Yes – we offer a number of different discounts and memberships across our programme. You will also receive your ticket by text on the day of the show. Yes, you’re welcome to give jayabaji-nepal.com/ your booked tickets to someone else to use, unless otherwise stated. Or you can book with our customer service team 11am – 3pm, Monday to Saturday. There is a £2.50 charge per transaction for phone bookings and exchanges. Our phoneline is open from 11am-6pm, Monday to Saturday (until 5pm on Bank Holidays).

Chester’s Park & Ride scheme offers two cross-city services to the city of Chester and the surrounding area.
Young Storyhouse Card (YSC)
A monthly autism friendly cinema screening in partnership with Cheshire Autism Practical Support Carers living in Cheshire West and Chester are welcome to meet for a monthly relaxed film screening. We work with local community groups and charities to host monthly screenings that bring people together through film. We can often offer group discounts and tailored packages for groups – head here to find out more about groups and schools bookings. You can exchange your tickets for a different performance of the same show (where possible) if you make an exchange request more than 48 hours before your originally booked show. Independent and international filmmakers, unmissable big-screen blockbusters, cult classics, family favourites, documentaries, and more. Brand-new drama, big stage shows, live music, internationally-acclaimed dance and opera, famous faces, comedians, family shows and more. To use the Cycle Hub you’ll be asked to pay a one-off £10 fee for an access card, available from the car park office within the New Market Parking to the right of the entrance.
Performances from Thursday 12 March 7.30pm onwards will have pre-recorded creative audio description available in collaboration with Hear The Picture. All performances of Macbeth will be captioned. Tickets from £20 (each ticket is subject to a £1.50 booking fee for non-members) Shakespeare’s iconic tragedy comes alive on stage in a bold new production bringing the original text to life with power, pace and atmosphere. Storyhouse Originals: Macbeth
Babies under the age of 12 months old can sit on your lap for age-appropriate shows and films (and any Parent & Baby screening) and do not require a ticket. Storyhouse Card – Discounts on most tickets, no booking fees ever, Priority Booking – £4.99 a month, join here. You can also reprint them at the kiosks with your booking reference if you don’t have access to them digitally. Don’t panic – if you booked online, login to your account on storyhouse.com and you can resend yourself your tickets, or download them. However, we don’t allow you to sell on your tickets at a profit, and we will cancel the booking if you do!

Chester Railway Station has direct routes to Cheshire, Wales, Manchester, London and Merseyside amongst others and is just a short walk (17 mins) from Storyhouse. Alternatively, you can use the brand-new dedicated secure Cycle Hub inside the New Market car park – with space for 50 cycles, free e-bike charging and a tool station.
